Letter from the CEO
As a native of Milwaukee and Dominican High School alumnus, it has always been imperative that I share my expertise with the community that I continue to call home to serve its greater purpose of providing enrichment and opportunity for youth.
I received an athletic collegiate scholarship to play football which initiated my career as an NFL prospect from 2009 to 2012. Upon receiving my B.A. in Marketing from UM-Duluth, I continued my athleticism by playing rugby nationally and also pursued career endeavors as a marketing consultant.
As a result, I founded PeppNation in 2010 which served an average of 300 youth in both New York and Georgia. I began the expansion of PeppNation and decided it would behoove me to return to Milwaukee to serve the youth and share the knowledge of the benefits of being a student athlete, structured programming, values, and consistent work ethic.
In the Summer of 2016, PeppNation S.L.C served the Amani community and introduced “Activate Moody Park” which served over 115 youth and young adults.
Acknowledging Sherman Park has unique needs, we then began “Activate Sherman Park” which then led to “Activate County Parks”. Naturally, the activation of the county parks allowed PeppNation to create and sustain new partnerships which in turn offer the youth extraordinary opportunities and experiences during the summer.
Our youth have learned that they are far greater than their zip codes and the enrichment of knowledge, consistency, and training we offer will create endless opportunities and a much clearer depiction of the future that awaits them.
